“Tray is an incredible therapist. She is exceptional at training adults and helping them understand the complexities of mental health. I worked with Tray in a middle school setting and saw her compassion, her skill set, and her ability to work with a diverse group of people. I also saw her lead a team and bring teachers and other staff members together, encouraging them to understand mental health and surrounding issues. She meets people where they are, does not judge and has an exceptional way of speaking clearly and concisely. When training, she uses appropriate language while speaking to the most current research but also making the information palatable, so as not to overwhelm the trainees.” Michelle, co-worker
